We will work 1 day minimum, on beginner manuscripts, as long as you take care of the minor errors like grammar, punctuation and spelling. If these errors are in excess, we'll email you and let you know so you can correct them. Once corrected, feel free to submit it again (less query letter) and return it to us.
We don't want to waist both our time and yours fixing tedious mistakes. If its too inundated with basic problems, we'll send it back to you for you to fix. Once that problem has been dealt with, we'll take a look at it again.
We work on flow, wording and dialogue.
If the manuscript meets our publishing standards, we'll offer you a contract. If you just want us to edit the manuscript, mention that in the query letter.

We only charge once; meaning, if you submit a manuscript and we need to send it back to you to have you edit basic grammar, punctuation and spelling, you won't be billed again. If we work more than the day's alloted in the Turn around time frame section of the table, above, we won't charge for it. This means that we haven't worked a full day and we'll let you know when it'll be finished.
